1. Testi kebab: One of the famous kebabs of Cappadocia. It is cooked on hot millstones and combined with expertly cooked vegetables and special sauce. It is then served in a jug.

2. Manti: Manti is one of the indispensable flavors of Cappadocia cuisine. The dough is filled with spicy minced meat and topped with yogurt.

3. Tandoori kebab: In addition to the dough called baglama, the kebab cooked in the tandoor is flavored with plenty of spices and served in ovens.
